It's disappointing, yahoo...Any little thing that goes wrong it takes way too long to sort out..It would be nice if they cared about the day to day operations but we can only go by what we have seen thus far(not much).

Yep thank God for Optional, LT and shari...they are trying but getting no help from the new owners at all.

You would think after owning this place for months now that we would see some positive changes but if anything things are getting worse.

We have been patient and understanding but enough is enough...

It's time to start delivering on the promises and make improvements to the site and at the very least keep the day to day operations(forum, sportsbook, poker etc) running smoothly...

Actions speak louder than words...enough with the promises of this and that...show us

Obviously they are try to integrate a new platform, so we're stuck with hopping on one leg until they can go live with it. They may be biting off more than they chew if they don't have the software engineers that understand their software.

The tech people are struggling with one issue and are in the hands of a third party waiting for a key job to be done.

Wish I had more, or an ETA, but for what it is worth here is an update I received.

"We are currently working on system upgrades, for this reason, we are experiencing some downtime. We really apologize for the inconvenience, we are working hard to provide the best service for our great customers. Thanks for your understanding."

The last few days have been a mess but it all seems to be 100% back to normal now.

Pages respond as they should, (and quickly), and the odds are back up. I hope that's the same for others.

I see Men's Basketball with three games listed for 1/29 that are not even remotely correct. Example: Hawaii +12.5 v Santa Clara .Hawaii is at home and playing in conference v Santa Barbara. At the very least, they got the Santa right.

why is the SBR Store not working mate? it's a great time to but Bitcoin but i cannot use my points.

there is no inventory showing in the store.

Because we have not had the new person who is managing it and poker in place seems to be the main reason. I was told he existed now just last week.

Also the new people in charge of deals with partners and budgets and planning are still getting up to speed and putting long term plans in place.

Way too slow for me too, but I think once the responsible people are all bedded in they will care enough to try and make up for the long period offline.

The new company appears to be a bit of a behemoth and is thinking more in terms of 5 years than 5 months.

What is going on in the SBR Sportsbook?

All of the College Hoops games listed for today are wrong - none of those matchups are happening.
And there are no NBA or NHL lines at all.

Which SBR staff member is in charge of running the book?
How can they be contacted? Do they even know this is a problem?
It's been like this for almost a week now.

Since yesterday, we been having some problems with our host's server which has caused delays, errors, inability to log in, post, etc. They will be doing a backup and migrating our information to another server.
