As you can see this whole betpoints situation is making some pros lose their minds.

I will ask the higher ups about this, but I am pretty sure it's related to the work on our DGS software and the SBR Book and will be back once that is sorted.

SBR renewal / Optiional assistance

Trying for 3 weeks now and no response to my emails.
Option #2 is greyed out and does not respond.
Requested the necessary 3000 points be deducted as
part of renewal. No response.

No idea if application requirements have changed.

Click another option on renewal form and see if it tells you the application is already is in the system.

If so, what is the date you submitted it approx?
