Tirico is one of the best in the business. Him and Jim Nantz are absolute hall of famers that do multiple sports and are damn good no matter what season it is. Probably best two around if you ask me. (And yes I know Nantz wasn't part of the discussion but they are equally great as hearing them as announcers)

I grew up and have lived in the NJ/NY/Ct tristate area my whole life.
When I was eight years old the Yankees had a former Phillies ball player analyst by the name of Bill White.
He was and still is one of the best analysts I ever heard in my life.

The question for Tirico should have been wondering why the NFL has an all star officiating crew out there. The reality is each game has 3 teams and for some reason in the NFL during their showcase weekend of really important games they bring out a team that maybe haven't even met one another before they come out of the locker room.
