he he he Matress mack LOSSES again
Mattress Mack has placed a $1.2 million wager on Alabama to defeat Georgia. Due to his innovative system, he stands to profit regardless of the winner of the 2022 National Championship game. Famous sports bettor Jim McIngvale, commonly known as “Mattress Mack,” has placed a $1.2 million wager on the Alabama Crimson Tide over the Georgia Bulldogs.

is back with a #BetLikeACaesar wager on the College Football National Championship $1,200,000 on Alabama (+125) to defeat Georgia Potential win: $1,500,000

That’s a wager that would return $1.5 million in winnings at +125. But that, in true Mattress Mack fashion, wasn’t all. He continued to pile on the Tide, ostensibly as receipts piled up from eager shoppers hoping from a Bama-induced rebate. He’s now got $6.2 million riding on Nick Saban’s squad.

Our good friend Mattress Mack added two more HUGE bets on the National Championship game over the weekend... $1M on Bama ML (+120) @WynnBET $1.5M on Bama ML (+115) @CaesarsSports

Mattress Mack had a win when the Bucs defeated the Chiefs. Mack probably biased on southern state teams.
Everyone should fade ESPN analysis Stephen A Smith.

Like JJ said, he's just hedging his bet. He ran a promotion that if you buy $3k of mattresses and Bama won, you would get the $3k (mattress) for free. I thought about buying something and hedging my bet with UGA myself but his stuff is overpriced to begin with. He always has Astros promotions and most title game stuff. I'm sure he'll have a SuperBowl promotion too. He's a huge sports guy. Pretty high vig for these contests though.

He is a Houston icon. One of the nicest people you'd ever meet. He opened up his furniture stores to let homeless people stay there during the freeze and hurricanes. He's always doing stuff for poor people.

He came to Houston in the early 80's with $5k to his name. He's worth like $300m today. His wife opened a tennis/country club that was one of the largest in the south. All the top players would come to play.

I played little league with his son in the early 90s. Mattress Mack was always on his Zack Morris cell phone during games, but at least he was there. One cool thing he did was had Chuck Norris do a demo at Gallery Furniture one Sunday afternoon for the team. His kid was horrible at baseball but everybody wanted to be friends with him because of his rich dad.
