    It's not either/or though.

Capping can only help the cause, and will most definitely uncover more opportunity.

Also, it makes no sense for you to say you do 0 game handicapping and then say you are handicapping the line.

If you are handicapping the line, you are handicapping the game, just not in detail.

The disadvantage here is that bettors at that level are subject to the whims of those of us who can manipulate a market to draw in the action. Without the detailed handicapping, these bettors have no idea they are being manipulated.

"Handicapping the line" is checkers, elementary as well, and is built into handicapping the game, but many of us play at another level, which would be chess.

We handicap the games, lines, and overall market.

I can't emphasize enough, I am not describing different ways to skin a cat here. I am describing the same way but adding detail to the picture.

Fair enough. I know what you mean, and from experience, I have a feel for that as well. I have a feel for manipulation becaue I've seen it before, but yeah, I'm sure I could get better at reading that. One can always "improve their game" though, so I'm sure you are giving good advice. I'm always open to learning.

Agreed. Can't bet what you can't access.
