The Browns didn't score another point after halftime. 7 of those points were from Myles Garrett strip, sack, scoop and score all by himself. The Browns offense is absolute garbage. The defense is decent but this offense sucks. Baker sucks. Here's a stat for you.

You come back from 11 down at the half to tie with two fourth quarters scores.
Go to o/t you kick the FG with 6:00 mins left (with the spot you're up 5.5)

The only thing that can dick you is a late o/t TD, and that's pretty rare.

That's a real bad beat IMO

not even close to a bad beat, bengals was square play to begin with and they had to come back from like 14 down to make it interesting....I would say bucs covering -4 was even worse bd beat than your bengals.... bucs only needed 3 to win the game, but of course they scored 6 in overtime. at least niners needed the 6 to win.

My thought process was and is, if you have a ticket +2.5, kick a FG to go up 3 (+5.5 ATS) in o/t and then lose outright, considering it's sudden death with 6:00 left, that's a bade beat.

What was your first if you don't mind me asking? By the way, check out the espn article on why the Bills should have gone for 2 with 9+ minutes to go (fairly obvious) and with 4+ min (not as much), it gives great reasoning again on how the 2 just isn't that risky, big picture, and people still don't go for it as much as they should. Especially now that a 30 yard PAT is a big time conversion rate, but not a guarantee at all, see this thread.

Good points all the way around. Most of this is emotion. For example on the Bills game at +3.5, I doubt I lose that more than 2 out of 10, probably only 10% to be honest.

I wish, since they just decreased the time to 10:00 anyway, that they would just play the full 10 minutes, and if it's a tie, it's a tie. Just play it out like it's a real game though, all the way.
