I was pretty happy till the last few days fighting to get my last money from hard rock sports in Fl. I put in three withdrawals for various amounts on Saturday, yea three due to them canceling wagers and putting $ back in my account, two of them were paid Sunday, the third one says paid but it hasn’t hit my bank.

The cs reps are clueless, I give them the payout id # and they keep telling me it’s pending yet on the app it says transaction paid on December 5, basically they have no power or means to see where the damn $ is. Starting to sound like I’m getting the runaround, plus they turned off their cs phone service for the sports book

I never had issues getting paid from Heritage, I’m glad I re upped there this week and that made me happy
