It’s like Monday is “fukk with the customer” day. I’ve never had any issues with payouts although I did update my phone number and requested a payout, they sent the conf code to my new number and popped it in got the “withdrawal request@ email and waited. Nothing that day but I figured it was cuz I waited about an hour before they stop taking payout requests that day. Next day nothing, third day I got in touch and asked them what gives they said “Oh we sent you an email asking you to confirm if it was you or not” I check my inbox which I already had and knew there was nothing. Check the spam folder nothing. I asked them to resend it and while they tell me to hold on some dude calls me from Canada and asks me to confirm some info. He was cool af though and if their other reps were like that I would play there. Never again though, I get better service at fast food. Especially if they fukk up, they actually try to help get things fixed and don’t pretend it is the customers fault unlike stoolmaker. Fukk those half Mexicans and their fried tamales.

the customer service cannot even be compared. I’ve only had to get in touch with BaS a few times and everytime it was completely professional unlike crookmaker. Plus BaS actually graded bets correctly and within 10 minutes, I never had to send them a screenshot or a ticket number like I’ve had to do with poopmaker.
