I spent a good part of an hour with customer service this morning. Very professional and understanding. Issue resolved.

I would like to thank Mr. Lang for winning me 111 dimes($111,000) in the last few weeks. I owed creditors approx. $118,000 but they settled for the exact amount Lang has won me in the last 3 weeks, a total of $111,000. I was able to settle all debts this morning with a few phone calls. once again if youre reading this thank you Mr. Lang. how could anyone not be tailing your picks is beyond me. cant fix stupid I spose.

Depends. If you have your remaining balance all in on a play they will take forever to grade. If not they still are by far the slowest to grade winners out of any offshore I’ve played at. BaS usually grades within 5 minutes win or lose. Like Sammy says bm does grade losing bets within 5 minutes everytime.

My experience with them. Losses graded within 1 min of final whistle. Wins graded 6 hrs or more after final whistle.

Oh like when they duped ole BaZ on some Aussie hoops back in May? Went to make a live bet and a red box popped up saying my wager may not have been placed and to check my open bets, so I checked the open bets it was not there so I made the bet again and it went through and once it went through I noticed my balance was $800 less instead of $400 less. Got on the live chat and was told wagering dept was closed. When they were open the next day they said there was nothing they could do since it had already been graded and I should of informed them before it was graded, I let them know I had a screenshot of me trying to let them know but they were closed and essentially I got fukked out of $400 dollars. Their live menu almost never will accept a winning bet on the first try, sometimes you have to try 6 or 7 times during a commercial break to actually get it accepted.

Long story short if you get that red box that says check your open bets logout and log back in to make sure you aren’t getting duped.

Stay away

They definitely are. You try to get down on a good line they will not accept the bet until the line changes or the juice is horrendous. Went to bet Tex A&M +13.5 LIVE against Wisconsin a week or so ago still 8 or 9 minutes left in the game, as soon as I hit place bet they would not accept it and literally did not hang another live line for the rest of the game.
