Your statement about assuming liabilities and assets is true but there is nothing in the terms of agreement for sbr pros about being able to use your bet points to buy anything of value. Pros are guaranteed 12 points a day in betpoints, but there is nothing on the sbr pro agreement page that guarantees pros the right to be able to exchange their points for anything of value such as Bitcoin.

The new owner doesn't have to do anything. But if he wants people to stick around... he will honor all of these points (cash/prize value) and/or even make it better than before. But, don't hold your breath.
