And secondly who can I contact to fix my sportsbook? I have -550 balance and I can't bet since Friday.

All potential weekly winning accounts with at least 5 wins get reviewed before standings are made official, that is when contest removals happen.

Sportsbook issues should be addressed to SBR Forum handle.
