I cannot name 1 player NHL

The sport lacks any star power unlike NBA where the 6th man is known worldwide on any roster

I can name maybe 5 NBA players. James, the guy with the eyebrows, Steve Nash, Curry and Jordan. The NBA is a boring AF.

The NHL is full of super stars. I mean its loaded! Every team has a few and the league has probably the most parity of any sports league.

It also has no TV exposure which really hurts no advertising of players it’s definitely a Canadian game and Europe

Terrible ratings and the lowest betting sport Gambling wise

Many books are lucky if they take 50 bets a day on it

The only good thing they do have is great in-house attendance

Incredible goal. He knew they were all caught flat footed and just destroyed them and then faked the shit out of the goalie.

I haven't paid much attention yet but will start soon. Who would you say are the super stars for Kraken and Sharks?

I really don't want to get into a debate whether or not this player or that player are super stars or not. We can do that for any sports league. I mean, is Odell Beckham a super star? Some people think so.

The Sharks have Temo Meier and Toman Hertl among others. Bret Burns and Erik Karlsson were arguably 2 of the best defensemen not that long ago. Seattle have 2 excellent goalies. Not saying either one is the best goalie in the NHL but they might be the best pair on one team in the NHL. Either one could be a starter for most teams. They have 2 bonafied starters.

Remember when playing street hockey when you were younger.... there was always the dude that could split through 4 people.... on the fly.... because he was REALLY GOOD and everyone else sucked?

The only difference is.... those were NHL elite athletes... and he carved through them like a hot knife through butter....

That's what reminded me of that.... Great Vid
