Nothing is ever the same especially changing from an unregulated industry to a regulated industry things cannot be the same, not saying to get rid of perks but it has to be done to appease regulators .

The new suits are still in transition mode not new development mode yet

There are actually people here under the old regime looking out for your best interests

I think when everything is figured out there will be some nice incentives to participate here

I've acquired 3 companies and been acquired 2x, all in the spirit of creating more opportunity for the people who run it and providing a better product for the customer. Things change, I'm sure the new SBR will be just as good as the old SBR but probably a bit different. That's ok, now let me go put my mink coat on.

Let the mgmt know the most important thing during these transitions is communication. The more the better and it should include details. Even if some answers are not known yet, just list the things being evaluated. It'll help put people at ease.

Employees and posters not knowing what lies ahead is the biggest problem when these "change" occur. It can lead to an exodus of those mgmt would have wanted to retain.
