Sportsbooks with open parlays?

Bettors I need help, I used 5 dimes and they no longer exist. Let me know if you are aware of any sportsbook offering open parlay bets.
Example: 5 dimes you could have over 10 open bets within the parlay and pick one a week or however you would like.
Please let me know the site and if it is just one parlay or multiple open bets in a parlay.
Also, is it possible a sportsbook would allow you to do this by contacting them and they manually enter this?

Only dislike is that my account is an online account only. They will not talk to me on the phone if need be. Having said that I’m comfortable hypothetically with up to a 100k of my money as far as dollar amounts.

You can bet 1 play and then leave 2 open. I do it all the time. Can add live bets in those open spots too. It's actually pretty legit.

It's a must if you're looking for teasers and open parlays. If you have an edge with your teasers, increase that out or be careful not to show it...lol.

Yeah Ive made small bets, but the past couple of years I started becoming more disciplined and using smarter strategies. The open parlay 1 game a week was my bread and butter. Build a roll then bet big , along the parlay, hedge on the winning leg. I went in a little to heavy last year. Been building the roll with local sportsbooks risk free bet so far this year.

Didnt really venture out when I found what I liked. Comfortable with the way it works and maybe superstitious LOL. After last year I want to find the open parlay again. Like I said the local risk free bets have kept me busy thus far.

Yes, but at the 4th time maybe it's time to start a new open parlay.

If you want to bet the same team more than 3 times just don't bother opening a parlay. Just parlay the individual bets, meaning take the original risk + what you won on one play, and bet all that on the next play. Then do the same, that new risk + what you won, on the next play. It becomes the same thing.

When you build up big enough for limits to matter, you can start laying off elsewhere with that team.
