Pizzeria is doing amazing except the fact nobody wants to work and if we do get an application they want $20 hr to start with NO EXP! So that leaves me putting in 68-79 hours weekly , i benefit from it amazingly but i need time for myself also. I have a couple people coming in today and tmr to try out for the position . Spoke w/ friend who owns pizzeria in another city. He makes sure to carve out one off-day for himself. Other than that, it can feel like a 24/7 job with all the responsibilities.

When working the amount of hours I work its real easy to not post for a month and pay dividends to my business .however I get a lil down time and decide to post 2 underdog winners for the forum and people act like this. It's the same everywhere, but especially in the restaurant business. Those unemployment checks made a lot of people comfy with demands now. For the amount of people that apply to our bar in Los Angeles, about 90% of them don't even show up to the interview. And the few that we have hired have been awful to say the least. My friend who owns a bar/restaurant in Philadelphia can't get enough staff to work so they have to be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and much like you said above even the dishwashers are demanding $20 bucks an hour - WHICH HE GIVES THEM AND THEY STILL DON'T WANT TO WORK
