I've never paid 30-50 cents wide when shopping around the legal books.

Offshore needs to reduce their rollover requirements if they want to get deposits or reduce their juice even further. It's not like they're paying US taxes so their overhead is much lower.

That or they need to reduce their expenses...... maybe stop paying their file clerk shill.
