Which NFL dogs will win outright in week 1?

Let's be honest. Every week in the NFL is unpredictable but none like Week 1. All the off season changes, new starting QB's, new coaches and rematches from memorable games from the previous season.

Here's a couple dogs that I think can actually win outright.

• Miami Dolphins +3 +113 (ML +155) - Divisional game. Former assistant Coach of NE the HC of Miami. The 6th overall pick, Waddle, makes his NFL debut. Tua has had a great training camp and has a pretty good TE and Devante Parker isn't injured. Going up against a rookie QB, the Fish's underrated D should have a good game. Miami 26 New England 16
• Cincinnati Bengals +3 -108 (ML +135) - Carson Palmer Joe Burrow coming off an ACL and he looked good last year. Bengals loaded at WR. Tyler Boyd is a top WR and he could haul in a couple TD's. Can they stop the Minny rushing attack enough to keep this one close? I will take the home team in the upset. Minnesota 19 Cincinnati 23

Also the Eagles at +3.5 seems like it could be a good bet
