Does anyone really think this "League" is interesting? Every night same garbage. 20-30 pt collapses. Phantom fouls. Stars float and flop. Worst major product by far. We all bet because we are degens, but who enjoys this trash?

I don't think think the runs or "collapses" as you call them make the game a bad product... It's actually what keeps the game interesting. In a sport with high volume scoring, you're going to have a wide range of variance within a 48 minute span, especially with different player combos on the floor at different times. It's a helluva lot better than a soccer game where anytime a team goes up by two goals you can pretty much turn out the lights more often than not.
The officiating is dodgy at times though for sure.Comment -
I honestly believe basketball would be more entertaining if they played best of three, 10 minute periods.
Period 1: Warriors 32-27 Lakers ==> warriors win the period
Period 2: Warriors 25-30 Lakers ==> Lakers win the period
Period 3: Warriors 30-25 Lakers ==> Warriors win the period.
Warriors won 2 of the 3 periods, so Warriors win the "game".
Too many times teams aren't even playing close to their capacity because the game is so long.
This would eliminate the spats of boredom.Comment -
I love the NBA but I think Laker said it best on his reply. There is not many unpredictable outcomes. The NFL and MLB has the unexpected outcome that is always possible. The NBA can have that once or twice but not in a 7 game series. I'm not sure there is anything you can do to change that. Plus, the lottery system has to change soon. More and more teams are going to continue to tank. The lottery system isn't very good right now. I sometimes look in the mirror and pretend to be Luke Perry.
