Yeah, the points + assists is probably the shakiest bet there.

He doesn't need much in the other categories, but if doesn't garner some points, there could be trouble. That's why adding the 1 point or so with the assists at that price is what I took instead of just the points.

The Rebound prop for Gay at 4.5 was a little more interesting. I leaned the OVER on that one.

The assists might be a good price if you can get 1.5 with the OVER paying pretty good dog money (maybe +130 or +140).

I like a points assists and rebounds prop over for him -- thinking he could play 28-30 minutes, since pop has a tendency of not trusting his young players in a big game. I dunno though, just a theory. In the end, still gotta make shots.
