Every year I say I'm going to break off some of the roll and just dedicate it to those ass munch teams the need to be faded.

I never follow through as these things tend to even out.

It's so pronounced right at the beginning of the season.

For me and the different contrarian strategies it really puts us in a dilemma. Public starts fading, the bet becomes anyone but them, but the Fund indentifies a spots and then the market moves into trigger territory. Then finally, when they don't trigger, they win.

How can Pirates loose today to Cubs team which has been hitting with less batting average than Pirates this season? OK at most this game is 50-50 but will most probably decided by 1 run

they have no where to go but down this year. because except for about 2-3 players, they'll look to unload any vets or decent arb players before the deadline and continue to build that farm system

Just watched the game. Pitching is not good from Pirates and there was a mistake where some Chicago cubs player should have been caught while stealing but he somehow managed to get back to first base. unreal

Plus the Cubs tried to give them the game in the 8th with 3 straight walks. They were on a 52 win pace last year in the short season and the team is worse. 40-120 (Mets expansion year) is so bad though.

Won't be the worst team ever, but now on pace for their season total on wins (I've seen as low as 58 as high as 59 before the season). I would say pretty likely to go under at this point.

not like anyone would win with this team, but he's too rah rah about everything

also composite score in these spots is 70-30, with a 6 run lead against the mets given away as one of the close losses

feels like a lack of focus once the series is won IMO
