In the past I've grinded my way to high tier players cards. I've been comped suites, food, crystal martini glasses, gift cards, trips, and too many other things to mention. The way I look at it, comps are a professional gambler's benefit package. It's not as good as health insurance and a 401k, but I'll take what I can get.

No casino in the United States will comp girls. The legal liability would be through the roof. I do know of casinos in Cambodia doing everything short of hiring gamblers hookers a few years back, but A) I don't think they do this anymore, and B) I have no first hand knowledge of this... I've just heard a lot of degen war stories from people who have been over there.
