It is the smart move. They take away their division rival's offensive coordinator. Maybe land the "next guy", who will have a loaded offense with the rookie of the year at Qb.
Very similar to what he has in Kc now.
Either way, getting rid of lynn? Chargers already better no matter who they replace him with

Exactly. They have wasted so much talent.

I read a story about how all the family members jobs are tied to the team. I have heard of the "family business", but they take the cake in Los Angeles with that family

Guy couldn't coach a bowling team

Never seen so many boneheaded moves by one coach in one year

Someone is going to inherit a playoff caliber team with excellent offensive talent. San Diego is so laid back that they need a hard nosed coach to get everyone on the same page. San Diego could be a playoff team annually if they could get it together. Great weather, new stadium So Fi, and no AFC competition for free agents nearby. Its their town to lose. Definitely, should be on the Rams level

End of the first half vs Falcons.
That was lynn's "greatest hit" when they could not even attempt the fg, due to his inability to manage the clock
