If Washington was up by 3 and the Eaglea were kicking a FG to tie they game they would have missed it. There are a lot if ways to tank a football game. Throwing picks, fumbling the center to QB snap, jumping offside on 4th and inches, not get open to give the QB a target to throw. Eagles did all these in the span of 10 minutes.
