I remember a number of Colts teams that had an offensive line that was OK for pass protecting but couldn't open up any holes and they could never move the chains running it on 3rd and 1 or 2... but Manning was Manning one of the goats and got the team to the playoffs only to come up short in playoffs partly due to the inability to run the ball to move the chains
