Pats stayed in LA after their game against the Chargers, so both teams had 4 days to prepare without travelling. Think I like the Rams still as well, just saying.

NFC West has not fared well against the AFC East this year. This is a huge letdown spot for the Rams although you could say the same for the Pats after their drubbing of the Bolts. Belicheat has been in LA all week stealing signals and filming practice, cracking zoom pw's, etc. I wouldn't feel safe laying 5 or 6 here. I probably will anyways, but I don't feel great about it.

I was actually thinking about the teasing through zero concept the other day. Everyone says don't tease through zero. Usually when EVERYONE says don't do something in gambling it's the right move to do the opposite. I am too lazy and lack the resources to back test it, but I suspect that based on the numbers today teasing through zero is profitable.

I was listening to a betting podcast with the head guy from The Westgate in Vegas and he subltly let it slip that teasing through 3 and 7 is a long term winner. I added the zero thing because it has to make a big difference to win vs. lose.

I've never heard not to go through zero but I'm guessing the idea is that you are losing some value since the game is far less likely to end in a tie. I'll gladly eat that for the benefit of the team being motivated to win. Of course, the teams don't care about covering a spread but sure do care about winning. Along the same lines I really like money lines.

i was just saying the line was so weak at 5.5, that it was not going up, but down from wed.. i doubt i will even play this game, a lot better plays on thur board imo..at this time the best play in this game is to move the 1st half number to 4 and play the dog for the 1st half....gl guys in this one
