Stay positive but you must be realistic about your situation. You have to take a long look at what are you doing and ask yourself do you have a problem? If so it is best to quit for a while or are you willing to learn to get better. Start reading sports betting books and just observing the betting markets for a while and take a break from betting. I recommend logic of sports betting and conquering risk. It takes a couple years to really learn how to bet properly and you need a lot of discipline.Comment -

I'm not being sarcastic when I say this, but pick the opposite of what you think will happen. Bet smaller, then martingale that way.
I've had success with this lately. There are good bets, & bad bets. Even some of your good bets you'll get hosed on.
Let me put it this way: When's the last time you won 10 in a row on -110's? If the answer is never, betting the opposite is probably a safe approach.
You're also less likely to go on bad tilt sessions since you're betting stuff you don't think will happen (but will end up winning anyways)

What do you bet? How often? Unit size? Do you chase? Why did you make the pick? Lots of factors. Most will say quit but that’s probably not going to happen. Maybe take a breather and focus on certain sports 2-3 games max. Lots of good guys to follow around here... I’m not one of them. I’ve made every mistake and so have they but nonetheless there’s no easy answer.Comment -
