Just make a $1000 deposit with BTC and BetDSI only credited $932. Blochchain shows value when sent as $1001 and btc price certainly did not change this much in a few minutes while it was being confirmed. Does BetDSI charge 7% fee for bitcoin deposits?

I chatted with BetDSI and they admitted the amount received was $996 so they credited the missing $64 deposit but said they cannot credit the missing 123% bonus on this $64 so I am still short about $79 bonus but they won't add this bonus which does not seem fair since I was promised a 123% bonus on my $1000 deposit. Not sure why a customer has to chat with them to get the full deposit amount credited either.Comment -

DSI is far from the A+ book they were as part of the Bookmaker family. I withdrew my balance from there nearly 2 years, but not w/o difficulty and delays. Recently I revisited my old account and found a $25 free play, a goodwill gesture or so I thought. I ran it up to well over $250 which is the max you can collect on a non-deposit bonus. I contacted them by live chat and was told the $250 would be converted to cash for regular account use. Days went by and they never honored it. A week later they deleted my winnings and said I wasn't eligible for the bonus--a bonus they chose to put in my account. LOL, these scumballs wouldn't even honor their own promotion, despite all the requirements being met. So how can trust this clown show with actual cash deposits?Comment -
That's like when their agent reviewed my account and allowed me to enroll in their 20% COVID-19 balance books promotion. So I chose to keep my balance there rather than pull it out and ship it somewhere else. Then they didn't pay out the bonus because they said I didn't qualify. LOLOL
