I know i might get some serious push back on this but Iron Mike was the best ever IMO.

Sorry but his record, especially against top competition is not goat worthy. He did have a great run of knocking out chumps. But I couldn’t put him above Lennox Lewis or Holyfield.

Had Tyson never left Bill Clayton and Kevin Rooney plus marry his gold digging wife, he might have been the best.

There is only one greatest of all time!! Tyson would never of caught this man in the ring and would have to bite a couple more ears off. Ma was the greatest

In his prime ('86-'89), he was easily the GOAT. Longevity wise, no.

A lot of those losses were not in his prime and it seems to me he just didn’t take it serious anymore and had too many outside distractions he had the best tools ever

Look at what the man can do at 54 years old. I bet if he started fighting again, he would beat all these MF's right now that are half his age.

Thats a fair question. When you look at those losses though, it seems he was gassed out, didn't train enough. His attitude wasn't the best. At times, he didnt give a shit. Holyfield was a badass I will admit. He closed distance better than any opponent that he faced stopping mike from powerloading those shots.

i think mike lost to every good opponent he faced, just beat a bunch of bums in the 80's, one of the most exciting fighters for sure but the goat not even close

Yeah he ate his ear because he was so frustrated that Holyfield punked him both times in the ring.

                                I wouldn’t call JBD a good opponent.

If you're talking heavyweight still disagree. Sugar ray is the goat. Held titles in multiple weight classes. Never see one like him again.
