A good piece of lean meat won't kill ya every once in while JJ even at our age.. Lamb chops are pretty lean and healthy actually.. Deer meat and Bison as well..

Get the fatty Cow steaks going several times a week that taste the best you could be asking for trouble in time though especially if older.. Agreed..

Can't beat a good steak though from the BBQ though with a side of garlic mash!!!

I don't want to get doxxed again on SBR as I have money and property unlike most on this forum. I'm a Trump supporter living in So Cal. Need I say more?

I once posted real pictures of me and properties and got focked on SBR in the MMA section, posters looked up city records and posted my real name and property addresses in threads.. One Asian poster thought I was racist and threatened to send a letter to my Asian tenants in Korea Town where I own and rent a commercial property.. That spooked me!! This is all documented in the SBR history in the MMA sections years ago.. ABSOLUTE TRUE STORY!!!

I learned my lesson..

I'm legit and real though I promise. Less you fools know about me the better I am. I'm outspoken at times on SBR not everyone likes me

. I live in Santa Monica, California 90402 and I'm verified with that..

Oh and google pictures are easy and fast, I'm lazy like that..

SBR has some creepy stalkers, that's for sure. I hope those posters were permanently banned.

If they were not perma banned, if they are still allowed to post today, then I would consider leaving SBR right now and never posting again.

That Asian dude was banned or just caught MAJOR heat from most posters at the time as I was raging.. He left SBR for good after that via ban or on his own, never to be heard from again on SBR.

I almost left SBR for good at that time when that happened myself.. I was like I don't need this shiiiit in my life. Worry about my tenants getting letters saying I'm a racist. It's like COME ON MAN, REALLY? That was going WAY TO FAR in Doxxing..
