The plan needs to be penalizing the players. Owners need to grow some balls and dock pay from these guys. Only problem with that is the union will whine and cry and go to court on it and say it’s unfair. But the only way these babies will get the message is not paying them.

I don't even pay attention to the incidents at this point either. All I wonder is what does someone expect when disobeying police orders and walking into your car (walking away from Police). If I'm a police officer, then I can only consider that guy is going to get something to kill me.

I didn't know the guy was a sex predator and rapist. So, are we now at the point that if they are black......you can't "detain" them for any reason because its racist, you can't arrest them because its racist......I guess the only solution is they can't be policed. Which means translates to they can do whatever they want with no consequences for their actions?

And don't even consider going to Austrailia. That has been one of the most tyrannical lockdown countries and they clamp down with police state authority and tyranny worse than almost any other country on the planet in general. Is detaining the same as shooting them 7 times? Is the new course of action let them walk away and then blast him. There’s were enough cops there. Tackle the guy, tase him but now your standard is shoot someone 7 times if they don’t obey? Get real man.

The media won’t fix this and sports athletes won’t either. It won’t be mass amounts of people which won’t happen because the US is so divided so that leaves the elite. These athletes are hoping that if they cost owners money owners will step up and talk to the people they know to institute change

The problem is systemic. The police were formed in the south for the sole purpose of terrorizing minorities. Slave patrols and Night Watches, which later became modern police departments, were both designed to control the behaviors of minorities.

Apparently you're not aware that they did try to detain him and he broke free then started going to his car. If he had obeyed orders, nothing would have happened. Yes, I have been detained by the cops; several times, including once in which ten cops were standing by while two questioned me because I was suspected of having shot a cop.

It is over the one in Wisconsin, though. The women all wore Jacob Blake shirts and knelt down in protest. The NBA guys protested after the Blake shooting, not the others.

I just wish they’d look at the other side.
They are jumping to conclusions on this way too much and making it solely about race. The way Floyd was killed was wrong, i side with them on that. But many of these shootings have to do with resistance and violence against police and they’re people with criminal pasts. Cops are trained to act a certain way if they’re being resisted no matter what color a person is.

Should whites boycott every time a white cop is shot? You don’t hear a peep out of them about that.
