Nebraska Could Play Outside Big Ten If Season is Canceled
This would be cool. I don't think a team from SEC or ACC ever played at Lincoln. Or Nebraska went to play SEC team in the South. It would be good for the ratings. Could play be Big 12 reams too.

As much as I love football, these are public universities.

You can't let Joe the Jock on campus to play football and lift weights if Patti the Protester can't use the library or student halls.

It's a really bad look, college Presidents won't go along w it.

You're just salty because Rashod Bateman opted out, meanwhile Nebraska has an SEC championship within its grasp.

He won a national title in '97 therefore he wields more power than the AD or president.

Ha, he might! But even Frosty can't go rogue and just leave the conference. Would be interesting but not happening.

Seems the ACC is moving forward to . I expect the SEC will as well .
Then the others go back say it was only a discussion, no vote on actual cancelation of the season.

Dennis Dodd of CBS Sports quotes a high-ranking ACC official as saying the conference “absolutely” intends to play this fall.

The comment followed an ACC call with the conference’s athletics directors and a similar call with university presidents.
A definitive announcement is not expected Monday, Dodd reports.
Big Ten presidents are scheduled to meet Monday night with the expectation that they will cancel the fall season.
The ACC’s amended schedule calls for the season to start the week of Sept. 7.

LOL, think Nebraska would call it quits after three games and 0-3 start.

Sounds like the presidents of the B1G will have their meeting to decide the fate of the conference later this morning.

Judgement Day for college football commences @ 10:30 ET

If the conference folds, then the SEC better prepare to get wrecked by Frosty the Coachman and the Big Red juggernaut.
