I like this thread. Gonna keep it going. Way better than bickering about politics or viruses.
This is the only time I've ever seen a ball hit over the left field bleachers at AT&T (I know it's Oracle now but fukc that). I've watched hundreds of games at this park...

Not a home run, but hard to talk about the steroid era without Albert Belle.

People say Belle was dirty....no, he's smart.

A lot of these so called dirty players or roids guys are crafty ball players. Not like today's clowns that just swing for fences.

Even Canseco had some baseball acumen.

Wrigley is special. I always have a hard time choosing between Fenway and Wrigley. Any baseball fan should put both on their bucket list.

                          FWIW

                          In 1987,
Joey Meyer of the Denver Zephyrs hit the longest verifiable home run in professional baseball history. The home run was measured at a distance of 582 feet (177 m) and was hit inside Denver's Mile High Stadium.

Folkard, Claire. Guinness World Records 2003. Bantam, 2003: 312. "The longest measured home run in a Major League Game is 193 meters (634 ft) by Mickey Mantle (USA), when playing for the New York Yankees against the Detroit Tigers at Briggs Stadium, Detroit, Michigan, USA, on September 10, 1960."
