What is NBA2K Sim ?

Is it just a simulated game, letting the game play against itself? Can settings be tweaked?

There is a line listed for a game today for NBA2K Sim with Bucks -9.5 over Wizards.

Yes you just don't pick a side to play you set the controller in the middle and the game plays itself I do tweek the rules and game play to 95 and cheat a little making sure im a better player.But each year when you see they sim Madden 2020 that is basically what they do.

That wild that there is a line on a sim game that setting can be tweaked and it the system playing against itself.

I'm tempted to take the Wizards +9.5

that is cool. wish they would do the regular season like this. simulate tiredness, etc.
