Mixed green leaf Salad with Avocado slices, mushrooms, olives, sliced tomatoes and Italian dressing, little parmy cheese..
Lean marinated steak slices and mash with brown gravy as main staple. Chopped raw garlic on the mash.. Nuked frozen mixed veggies on the side.. Sliced red beets. Red wine and water to drink.. Dark chocolate cube for dessert..
That's my dinner tonight. Now maybe a half wine glass of clear Tequila and lemon and more water while I'm bored and watching the season 4 of the tv show EXPANSE..

I wouldn't say Expanse is bad ass, decent though, entertaining Otters..
I like the new Star Trek Picard series more as that just came out and I'm glad they introduced the Borg again. Resistance if Futile!!
Early in the game with the Picard tv series show though with just half way thru season 1...

I've been walking daily to try to improve mu lung function. And trying hard to make it zero alcohol. The smoking is the hardest one to just quit.

Try the patch bro. Smoked for 20+ years. 21mg for one week and I was done. Of course you have to want to quit for it to work.

I had no trouble giving up cigs years ago. And don't want to stop what I do smoke. As it improves my health and life generally.
Same as BigOrange. And I bet he hasn't stopped smoking either.
