i would take 2 to 1 on the bucs

they were 7-9. if they go 5-4 instead of 0-9 on the games they lost by 7 points or less, that is 12-4 as their record. even if they go 3-6 that is 10-6.

players now want to play there too.

No. They still have to defeat the Saints, who have a better QB playing in a system that he is used to. Atlanta still can present problems. They play the NFC North and the AFC West, which means they get Green Bay, Minnesota, and Kansas City at home. If Brady's reasoning for not going to L.A. was that he did not want to play Mahomes twice, he still has to play him once, plus he gets to play Drew Brees, Matt Ryan, and Teddy Bridgewater twice each season. You will be able to make a lot of money fading Tampa Bay early in the season.

+200 is absolutely ridiculous; they should be at least double that.

its gonna be an incredible adjustment for Brady, after having been run in a near perfect run org for sooooooo long

but even more adjustment after all this weird corona shit will mess with mini camps ect....

I want to know how Brady performs without a coaching and schematic advantage. I don’t think the patriots had the most talent in any of the Super Bowls but one. And they never blew anybody out. Now he has talent, but talent can be neutralized.

                              Nope

Brady struggles, I say finished by week 10

                              Saints, Falcolns, Carolina then TB

Winston had the Bucs in every game....unfortunately he cost them most of them as well

Brady had the best D in the league.

Sean Payton just contracted virus. NOT being an alarmest, but it is something.
I definately think lines will be skewed a bit with the Tommy Boy factor and might give us some good fade opportunity.

While Brady brings 20 years of championship experience with him, he also brings 20 years of wear and tear on his body (no matter how great the TB12 method might be). The biggest concern regarding Brady joining the Buccaneers is whether or not he can consistently throw the deep ball, something most people believe is a staple of Bruce Arians’ offense.

Arians, himself, spoke Wednesday about his new quarterback and the perception that he can’t air it out anymore. “I thought his deep ball was outstanding last year,” Arians said of Brady, per ESPN. “Through [the Patriots’] play-action game, they hit a lot of deep balls.”

Arians quoted offensive consultant Tom Moore when talking about quarterbacks taking the checkdown. Moore’s saying is, “You don’t go broke putting money in the bank. Take the damn checkdown.”

But Arians also wants Brady to have the freedom to operate in the offense.

                                              Per Arians:

“I think the freedom of looking downfield on certain routes and in certain situations, when the matchup’s perfect — take it, don’t be afraid to take it — some quarterbacks are afraid to take it. I’m not looking for a ‘checkdown Charlie’ quarterback.”

As ESPN’s Jenna Laine pointed out, Brady had a 43% completion rate in 2019 on passes of 20 or more air yards while the league average was 38%

You can make a case for TB's (Tampa Bay, and Tom Brady) offense though.
They have two WR1's in Evans and Godwin, with Evans being an NFL elite wide out.
Ronald Jones looks like he's a legit RB who is going to see a lot of targets from Brady out of the backfield.
OJ Howard though not an elite TE is solid who will definitely benefit with Brady calling signals.
Brady loves to utilize his tight ends.
Their o-line not great but good enough.

But yeah, the Saints have to be the front runners of that division.
I don't think 9-7 is out of the question for the Bucs in 2020, maybe even 10 and 6, but no more that 10 wins.
