#2I know what Rudy was trying to do, it backfired big time.
He tried to be funny at the wrong time about the wrong subject.
He meant no harm but he is guilty of poor common sense and poor judgement.
He's OK with me, we all do stupid things, maybe not this stupid but we all fu*k up at times.Comment -

#5Here's the problem, right now Utah needs Gobert.
Gobert is an elite defender and he's the only quality big man they have.
I like Ingles but he's a shooting forward I don't care if they list him as a PF, he's not, he's a SF.
Utah doesn't have a real power forward worth anything.
They start Royce O'Neale at power forward, in my opinion he's an OK forward that comes off the bench, I don't think he's worth of a starting role. At least O'Neale can gather rebounds, he's not a scorer.
All the other big forwards are stiffs not including Bojan but he's a SF too.
Right now the other superstar on the team is Donovan Mitchell.
He's really upset with Gobert, most of the team is too,
But as I said, they need Gobert and if you move him you are going to need a center to replace him.
What big PF or center is available?
Good thing the Jazz have a couple of months off.
Maybe things will calm down in May.Comment -

#14Detroit Pistons forward Christian Wood was reportedly diagnosed with the coronavirus Saturday, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium and ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
He's the third NBA player to be infected with COVID-19, joining the Utah Jazz's Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell.
Per Charania, "Sources say Wood has shown no symptoms and is doing well."Comment -

#30Tomorrow marks 2 weeks since Rudy Gobert tested positive for COVID-19. (I know, feels like 2 months).
I know this sounds terrible in a way, but you know how people ask you where you were when 9/11 happened? I’ll never forget the night Gobert tested positive either.Comment -

#32Jazz center Rudy Gobert, who recorded the NBA’s first positive test for COVID-19, still hasn’t fully recovered from the virus. Gobert, whose test results sparked the league-wide shutdown, describes his symptoms in an interview with L’Equip (translation provided by BasketUSA).
“The taste has returned, but the smell is still not 100%,” Gobert said. “I can smell the smells, but not from afar. I spoke to specialists, who told me that it could take up to a year.”
Gobert is eager to start playing again, saying he hasn’t been part of a five-on-five game since the hiatus began. He has been boxing, swimming and running in the mountains, but had a physical reaction last month that he said felt like “ants in my toes.” Gobert also talked about shouldering the blame for the shutdown.
“The NBA was waiting for a first case to stop the championship, it fell on me!” he said. “I became the image of the coronavirus for the Americans, the domino that triggered the end of the season, but it was not I who brought the virus to the United States. ”Comment -
