Committee puts together a list of their top 300 teams, or whatever. Go down the line, and the first 64 to agree to play make it. They all sign a waiver to let the NCAA off the hook for all liability. The teams get on a cruise ship, and head out to...who cares, wherever it doesn’t rain much. Then they play on the deck. Maybe set up two courts. The did it in San Diego with Syracuse and SDSU a few years back, on some navy vessel. Use that if you have to. Keeps them all quarantined together in case it gets out, but everyone gets tested before going, so you know the ship is clean. The crew, journalists, broadcasters, coaches, friends, family, you name it. All have to be cleared before going. Maybe delouse everyone, and their belongings. Televise it, and prosper. Gambling saved, and Cuser wins the Nobel Peace Prize.
