Overwhelmed at work, productive been weak lately. Need to focus and regroup.

Quite large swings in sports. Deposited $2500, lost $1k, lost $1.2k down to final $300, have run it back up to $2100 ($300 @ 2.35, @2.05, 1/2 @ 1.4

All started when I bet large on Liverpool for the first time this season and of course they lose to a relegation team...

No pressure.. Life is good right now..

Well was working with high blood pressure issues which was making me feel bad and caused a little concern but I've been working on getting it back down now thru cardio daily and not drinking so much. So far so good compared to a month ago. No meds needed.

I kinda let myself go this winter which was uncharacteristic of me.. That was a big mistake, I learned my lesson.. Just getting back to my normal shape and weight now, still need another month to go.
