Not credited to my account

Contacted customer service several times

Was asked to show proof of transaction

Went to bank and they printed out my transaction history...i emailed it to customer service

They told me that they wanted the deposit to show as "posted" rather than pending....which is impossible to do with a C C transaction within the same day, especially on a Saturday

I'm shit out of luck apparently, and this shit book doubled down and told me that it's not their problem

Wouldn't normally bother with making a thread like this...not even a big deposit

Have some cool options to fund them.

i never used cc as my method of deposit with them. have had instantaneous deposits using z e l l e all the time.
