Reyes with a tremendous effort and it seemed to little too late for Jones, but close.

I'm cool with it, I think I also benefited from the Derrick Thomas decision.

I had Reyes winning the first 2 rounds and the first half of the 3rd but he then slowed down to a crawl. The takedowns might have been the difference but still very close. Reyes was a beast. Jon don’t want no more of him.

Joe Rogan was incensed about the judges all night. Not paying attention, scoring one bout 32, etc. I am not sure how the UFC has another promotion in Houston that has any significance from a title perspective.

Nothing against the city - I like Houston. They had commented earlier on the fact that the sanctioning body is pretty unfamiliar with MMA. They were using old rules and at times commented on the judges not even paying attention. The judges work for the sanctioning body so unless they change that, I think UFC Championship fights are not happening in Texas for a while.

I had it a draw. I can see Reyes winning but I can also see Jones as well. Reyes clearly won the first 2 rounds. Jones clearly won the last 2 rounds. That 3rd round was close. Reyes won the first 2 minutes but I think Jones might have won the last 3 minutes.One of the closest fights I've seen in quite some time. Really a shame that anyone had to lose that fight. Yes, Jones took Reyes down several times but Reyes just stood back up. So I give Jones points for the take downs but I give Reyes points for being strong as shit and powering back up. He was stronger than Jones. Great fight marred by a dumb shit judge that gave Jones 4 rounds. That judge should never judge another fight.
