As we saw and mentioned in the earlier Kyrgios match, some definite shakes and nerves from Nadal which carried into this match.
Gutsy of Thiem to shake off the mental effect of not being able to close a tiebreak then allowing two match points to disappear like a fart in the wind, especially when the first one was a netted shot that would have and should have been the game winner shot.
Glad this thread is focussed on Thiem's awesome win and playing ability rather then using the excuse of Nadal's earlier time violation which was totally warranted as multiple times on the shot clock it had shown zero before Nadal started serving, and pushing it with the last few seconds between many other serves.
