Unreal night at work, top 10 worst nights of my life, probably top 5, already having some drinks. My face, eyes, and hands still burning from the OC. Fuk.

Working on it, my hands are burning still 5 hours later. My officers did a great job. Both emptied their cans on those fuks. The tough guy laid down crying they sprayed the fuk out of that guy. I fuked up and handcuffed him without gloves. Hands still burning. The guys that tell me OC isn't shit are lying out there ass. Those fuks are crying 10 minutes later.

3 assaults tonight, i think 4 cans totally spent. Officers sprayed the fuk out of them. Even in our toughest unit we had an assault and they got sprayed point blank, dropped like a couple of bitches, you know the "tough guys", fuk them, they went down and didn't want anymore. Probably still crying.

just give in to them. smuggle in stuff that they want and they will be appreciative and won't act up. the warden just sits in an office and rarely if ever comes down to the cellblock. coddle and patronize your guests. if their cable is out make sure you get someone in there to fix it. if they want a midnite snack get something delivered for them. be nicer, they won't be there as long as you will be. how many CO's comment when someone gets paroled "he's getting out but i am stuck in here forever".
