I recently had my funds seized on one particular online poker site. has anybody else had this happen and if so have you had any funds returned?

I've seen a couple cases of this. Partygaming and Bwin in particular. Each case with Bwin involved chip dumping or some type of deposit issue. Partygaming - no idea. They just take player balances and refuse to justify it.
