Hey Beavis it’s called a prediction based on his one season at Duke with injury & now summer league & preseason injuries. I still think he’s going to be the face of the league in 5 years & will cut weight or at least maintain it for a decade or more. He’s way too driven & talented to be a “bust”.

Said this essentially in another thread, but when a guy of his size who's already had an injury in college has this injury before the season even begins, sadly, I think his career is pretty doomed.
He's not gonna just suddenly and magically be able to play 82 game seasons against big boys. This wasn't even the test. His body failed him again while practicing for the test

100%. It's already kinda crazy that he got that contract. I know he was a spectacular NCAA player and his talent is great so I can't blame anyone for drafting him first, but his bust potential was always pretty high. I think everybody pretty much knew that? To give this guy 75 mil that easily? holy shit
I have a strange feeling he would have accepted a mere 20 mil..

And you figure when he does come back theyre going to limit his minutes and perpetually nurse him so he wont be grabbing much attention anyways.

Nope. He is much bigger than Lebron. When LeBron joined the league he was 240 pounds. Zion is already 285. Plus he is 2-3 inches shorter. Also he is currently the 2nd heaviest player in NBA behind only Boban who is 7-3 and 290. So unless Zion cut's down to 250-255 pounds he will have many injuries.
