Used to be payout approved and Bam into wallet. Last 2 have taken 10+ hours as they have used less than 10% below the optimal send fee. This has never happened once from them in all my years, now it's happened twice in a row.

Happens sometimes. I have noticed that I usually get them within 2hrs if I send the request 2-3 hrs before they cashier closes.
