Yeah if there is space behind the defense. With 9 men Cinci fc did a good job here defending as a unit. They parked the bus so to speak. If those reds came after DC was leading 1-0 and Cinci fc had to put men infront of the ball in order to get a result, most likely this would have been a trashing in the 4, 5, 6 -0 range for DC.
