Can someone explain to me why NC is a dawg against WF??

My only guess is cade carney is playing who is really good and he didn’t play last game for wake forest which probably would of made it even a bigger lopsided win. Wake forest did pretty good last year too. also UNC wasn’t great last year so this is a big jump. I think it’s strange to see this team playing that much better. I think this game may determine if UNC really has improved that much from last year.
