Kinda like the Cardinals to make a surprise run here. I threw $100 down on them at 18-1 not long ago.

Lol, I feel exactly same way about them not making it, prob why I played 3-4 futures at asb with nl teams not named doyers!

Stop. To many white players. I have came to this conclusion as well as the fact they have a hard time generating offense against quality pitchers.

I took them at +3200 at asb.
Also took nats at +4200.
Just beer money. Won’t mention the other 2 who have no shot but had really fat odds, lol. Reds was one of them.

lol. This is true, especially the Dodgers part. That said I havnt been adamant about them not making it the last several years. I hoped they wouldn’t but wasn’t against them a whole bunch till ws. I even rooted for brewers last year! Lol

Dodgers have been somewhat exposed. they are a diff lineup facing lefties & Kenley is just not the same.
a team like Cubs with all those lefties in the rotation would neutralize that lineup. they played some close games this year. even Darvish sliced through that lineup.
Cards too. Flaherty ran through em twice.
they are not invincible.

Cards have a history of punking lad in playoffs, much like giants did to us for years.
Cubs not scaring anyone.
Nats are very formidable w that rotation.,

Roberts and the Cubs Madden are the two biggest micro-managers in baseball. Madden is gone after this season. Roberts will probably survive, although he is a terrible manager.
