Any crew that has that female ref is horrible. She is terrible. She was one of the sidelines ref that should have made that call. She constantly puts the ball down in the wrong spots.

OK, let's say she can't make that call. My point is she is a terrible ref. Have you watched her spot the ball on runs? It always in the wrong spots. You can't even tell it's a female spotting the ball until she messes up the spot, then I know that's her.

The NFL fired a ref earlier in the year for one missed call, this ref misses calls every game.

Actually I saw her make a couple of very good spots that were verified on the replay
She is no worse than anyone else in spotting the ball
It is an imperfect process at best

I don't like women in sports anymore than you do, but I see no difference in her performance in that isolated officiating job
