How to Use betpoints as a Canadian

Can someone please explain to me like I am a five year old what, as a Canadian, I am supposed to do with my betpoints? I see "prizes" in the SBR store in the form of free play vouchers for various books, but I am a bit lost as to the process....thanks for any help.

buy book cash to that book through the store
wait for it to credited

not at that moment, but when you initially sign up at the book you have to deposit atleast$100 i think it is. i believe it says when you click on the book cash in the store

also, dont forget before you sign up at a book to check the first time deposit bonus section of the store
